If you are reading this post, it is not by accident! I am not sure what is going on in your life or the storm(s) that has your back against the wall but I wanted to tell you that whatever pain you are experiencing, it is the very ingredients God needs in order to show up and show out in your life-in a great way!
With that being said, I urge you to not give up! That towel you threw on the ground earlier this week, pick it up! The negative words you just spoke over yourself, revoke it! God is not through with you yet! You may be asking yourself how I am so sure of this! The answer is found in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope" (NKJV).
I do understand that the phrase, "do not give up", is much easier said than done and life can be so overwhelming to the point that suicidal ideations may surface up.
